Pakora King in Geroskipou has been created for purely selfish reasons….. to satisfy the love of the flavours and dishes of Indian cuisine experienced by the owner, after leaving the UK to live in Cyprus. The British Indian Restaurants, provide a taste and product that is slightly different to the Indian Cuisine we experience in some restaurants here in Cyprus.

Although there are many Indian restaurants in Paphos that give great service or tasty food, Pakora King’s Mission statement is simple:

“To provide our customers with a unique dining experience that leaves them feeling fulfilled and satisfied.

We aim to provide a high level of customer service and a consistent product using the freshest of local ingredients.”

Our restaurant, endeavours to offer our guests a variety of dishes that they can enjoy both at home or in the restaurant that meet individual dietary requirements.

Having owned a restaurant in the UK, I understand that each member of your party is likely to have different tastes and food related allergies or requests. Therefore, whether our guests are vegan, vegetarian, nut or dairy intolerant, I am proud that my staff have over 60 years of combined experience to support you in finding a dish that suits your requirements.

Pakora King, provides a relaxed and comfortable venue in which our guests can meet with friends to enjoy a snack and a beer, from 12 noon, or more formally, enjoy your evening with a meal whilst enjoying a bottle of local or imported wine. Furthermore, we will offer you beers from the Brewdog Brewery in Aberdeen which specialise in wheat beers to suit all palates. We also have local and Indian beers!

As our name states, we offer a range of Pakoras. A mix of herbs and spices offer a crisp, tasty coating to our main ingredient which has been marinating overnight.

We also boost a range of traditional starters and curry dishes as well as some Chef’s specials which will be offered to you on your visit to the restaurant. The menu has been specially devised to offered fresh ingredients and seasonal produce. Our dishes are made to your liking and are cooked to order.

The restaurant has undergone a major refurbishment from the taverna style of its previous owner and has been decorated using the colours of spices and a variety of textures.

Our Pakora can be enjoyed as a snack accompanied by a refreshing salad, whilst relaxing with a bottle of wine or as a starter with a delicious curry or salad to follow. However, our main focus is to offer you consistently fresh, tasty dishes that will tempt and tantalise your taste buds!
